Letrozole is widely used in IUI, IVF and Follicular study treatment. Many women conceived with this drug. India, Singapore and USA hospitals widely uses this drug for the treatment of fertility.

Treatment Procedure:

·        Day2/Day 3 – Ultrasound scan – to review the uterus, ovaries and scan for follicles.

·        Start taking Letrozole 2.5 mg on days 5,6,7,8, and 9.

·        Couples can start Intercourse from day 10 (days10, 12, 13, 14, 16)

·        Meanwhile check for the follicular rupture through ultrasound scan review from 10 th day- 15^th day.

·        If you want to check at home you can check with ovulation strip

·        You will find double line in ovulation strip on (day10-15).

·        Check home pregnancy test on Day 30-  Day 35
