For PCOD women, the LH hormone which should be <8 will always higher in Day2 of periods which means the high grade treatment like IUI, IVF tough hob to proceed.

The scan review shows the image of ovaries, uterus and Fallopian tube. It gives the clear picture where the cyst present in female reproductive organ, structure of Fallopian tubes, ovaries, It also measures the size of ovaries and uterus. It shows the abnormalities like endometriosis, PCOD (many small cyst in ovaries), Ovarian cancer, clots and any variation in shapes of uterus,ovaries and Fallopian tubes.

PCOD/PCOS patients

PCO women has more than 10 follicles in ovary. Even I got 15-20 follicles in each ovary (Right and left) which arranged along peripheral of the ovary like pearls.

The size of the ovaries will be big because it holds many follicles. The size is bigger when compare to normal ovaries.

The uterus size is less when compare to normal healthy uterus. Healthy uterus always 6x3 in size. In short PCO women have big ovaries and small uterus as many immature follicles in the Right/left/both ovaries.
